3AM On The Ring Road
Four cars, one empty ring road and the two hours when a city finally belongs to the people awake in it.
There is a version of every city that only exists after 2am. The traffic thins out, the sodium light takes over, and the roads stop being infrastructure and start being space.
We spent a week meeting people who drive for no reason. Not racers. Not a scene. Just people who find something clear in movement when everything else is unclear.
"I don't post any of it," one of them told us at a petrol pump at four in the morning. "That's the point. If I posted it, it would become a thing I do for other people."
